Who are we?

Kianah’s Sport fishing is independently owned and operated. We have been chartering for the past 8 years and before that all crewmembers, captains & mates fished in several other companies along with other American vessels.
Our goal it to provide you with a unique experience at a personal level. experienced or none.
We cater to your expectations and requests and we will give you the best option along with the best cancellation policy & reservations (no deposits required).

We specialize during the winter months to target sailfish unless other wise specified (or the length of the charter permitting). The sailfish run is the most amazing run on the planet but it comes with a downside, which is the wind and temperature of the water.

Depending on how the wind is blowing we can run as little as 15 miles to a distance of 50 miles away depending on the direction of the wind. The northerly wind pushes the gigantic bait balls closer to the north side of Isla Mujeres and as it was this past year with constant south easterly winds we had days that we ran 45 miles and heard of some boats running as far as 65 miles of required traveling time.
At this time of the year the best days are after a hard blowing north or during the north winds.

Our area gets a little rough as the winter only represents it self with hard northerly winds and it clashes with the northbound currents (but it’s the most amazing fishing you will ever have).

Remember you are dealing directly with the operator and not a travel agency website trying make a commission on your once in a lifetime experience.
